In our effort to ensure that all patients are seen on time, we try to confirm all appointments in advance.

If we are unable to reach you, please call our office to confirm your appointment. If you cannot keep an appointment, we request that you call us to reschedule at least 48 hours ahead of time. This allows us to offer the time to another patient who needs to see the doctor. Thank you for your cooperation and courtesy.
